Kalo saya sich bisa di bilang mas, tp bukan pakar nich. AFAIK aja, kalo VSync, setau saya yg di bios itu utk pulsa synchro utk monitor VGA yg dikirim dari VGA card sebagai salah satu syarat agar gambar dpt terbentuk pd layar monitor. Hal ini jg terkait pd monitor yg sering disebut refresh rate. Kira2 begitu d yg pernah saya baca. CMIIW
