Buat rekan Mr.
Coba dilihat progie apa saja yg diload saat startup, (melalui msconfig atau
regedit) trus service saja yg aktif dan diload windows (services.msc), trus
disabled/remove yg tidak dperlukan. Langkah terakhir yg paling ampuh
ya..install ulang windowsnya..
