Hello Crayon, AFAIK di semua kelas iP4 ada fitur throttle down... Ndak hanya di Prescott... Untukmasalah sampeyan, ane ngga gitu ngerti pemecahannya... Kalu di AMD sih memang ada bbrp type yg bisa menurunkan multiplier scr otomatis, khususnya di seri MP (Mobile Processor ???) alias yg dipake di notebook... Ini selain untuk mengurangi panas juga untuk mengurangi konsumsi daya agar battery bertahan lama...
