Rekan2 sekalian saya mau tanya nich komputer dirumahku ada masalah. SOnya WIN 2000 SP4, saya instal MS Office 2003 lalu untuk membuka file ber-ekstension *.doc,*.xls dll lancar awalnya nggak ada masalah lalu saya menginstal OpenOffice v1.1.4 ketika file *.doc,*.xls dll dibuka software yg membukanya OpenOffice, bagaimana caranya agar file yg bisa dibuka lagi pakai Office?,(saya sudah mencoba manual menggantinya pada jendela explorer-->Folder Option-->File Types memang iconnya berubah tetapi ketika filenya dibuka nggak bisa malah ada pesan kesalahan : " Word experienced an error trying to open the file. " Try these suggestions. * Check the file permissions for the document or drive. * Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space. * Open the file with the Text Recovery converter. Anehnya ketika saya menjalankan Word lalu dibuka dari File---Open bisa. Apa ya sebaiknya yg harus dilakukan...
