Saya pernah mengalami hal tersebut.... Langkah yg saya lakukan adalah:
Coba masuk ke Safe Mode setelah itu USB drivernya diuninstall dulu dari Device Manager pada System Properties dan restart komputer tersebut....Semoga berhasil!
