Aku juga pernah ngalamin kaya gitu. Solusinya ground CPU (bautnya pas
yang di PSU)pake kabel terus ujung satunya dikasih logam (apa saja) and
then ditanam di tanah (dalamnya kira-kira 30 cm). Monitor & CPU tidak
nyetrum lagi.Power monitor diambil dari CPU juga.
