konsep tersebut ada di mata kuliah rangkaian listrik ( jur t.elektro). just basic system ajalah. kata ane sih inovasi terbatas.. justru, kalau overload dimana arus yg diminta beban lebih besar dari kemampuan aresternya, aresternya akan ngebul, gosong, mate... pedagang ga pernah ngomong yg jelek-jelek kan ? cuma ngingetin aja buat yg belum tahu... arester sebaiknya digunakan untuk beban yg tidak terlalu besar. mudah koq. kalo aresternya terasa panas, berarti ada sympton full load/over load. kalau hangat wajarlah, karena arester hanyalah resistor, yg kalau dilewati arus akan menghasilkan panas. sorry kalo salah kata.
