AS5 (Artic Silver 5) Pak... Mantapppp... :)
Untuk diaplikasikan di Intel Pentium/Celeron, bisa² saja kok... Cuman baiknya
permukaan heatsphreader processor dan heatsink dibersihkan dulu... Thermal pad
bawaan processor dihapus sampek bersih... Biasanya lapisan² hitam di balik
alumunium pelapis kudu dibersihkan pake contact cleaner...
So far ane udah mbongkar 3 processor Pentium 4 socket 478 dan semuanya ane
ganti thermal pad'nya pake AS5/ShinEtsu 747 denganmetoda di atas... So far
dingin kok hasilnya... :)
