gua punya masalah di printer gua dia gak mau nge-print dokumen berwarna. Setiap
kali nge-print dokumen berwarna di layar selalu tampil pesan "service error
5100" dan printer pun paper jam. tolongin gua dong , soalnya gua butuh banget
buat nge-print
