Cuman, sejak hampir setahun ini ane pake cable (di daerah Menteng), ya hampir nggak masalah kok dgn KV-nya. Yg masalah justru di ISP-nya (Indosat) yg katanya waktu ditelpon pernah lagi down.
Ya mungkin bener aja, lain lokasi lain pula masalahnya.
