[PCplus] winroute firewall ngeblok email berattachment >500kb

Saya ada masalah dgn s/w kerio winroute firewall (kwf) yg saya pakai, dimana setiap saya email dgn attachment lebih besar dari 500KB tidak sampai kepada tujuan, padahal statusnya terkirim.
Kalau saya tidak pake s/w kwf tsb, email sampai 10MB saja masih diterima oleh email tujuan.

Bantu dong pecahkan masalahnya.......
