Seperti..
12v = 11.95 - 12V
5v = 4.89 - 5v
dsb..
Toleransi 5% keatas dan 5% kebawah..
jadi semisal 12v nilainya 11.80 atau 12.21 gitu yah masih aman..
Sebaiknya anda ukur voltase PSU lewat multimeter digital aja..
jangan cuman lewat bios dan software.. :D
