coba anda pake tool HIJACKTHIS untuk mematikan proses tsb, untuk mendapatkan
tool tsb anda bisa googling dg keyword "hijackthis" , semoga berhasil

laptop kantor saya kena virus rontokbro.
saya udah jalanin semua cara yg ada di vaksin.com
tapi anehnya beberapa trik di vaksin.com tidak bisa di jalankan.
misalnya untuk membuka folder option--> view--> show hide file
tapi gak bisa.
mematikan file (folder)
Csrss.exe
Lsass.exe
Services.exe
Winlogon.exe
lewat task manager (menggunakan tune up manager) berhasil.
tetapi pas di jalankan anti virus symantec dengan update 27 juni 2006
tidak terdetect apa2.
saya juga menjalankan aplikasi yang dibuat di notepad dan dinamai remove
brontok.bat (kalo tidak salah dari artikel jasakom.com) tapi tidak berhasil
juga.
mohon bantuan kawan2 yang mahir dalam hal ini.
