Hello Diovan,my answer is gak jg gitu,gerbang IIX dah dibuka bebas,jd siapa aja boleh kok ngejalanin,nhah yg punya hardware (dulu) adl Telkom ama Indosat (plus sbg authorized bandwith di negeri ini).ISP sih klo gak ambil Telkom ya Indosat buat managing bandwith na gitu,jd ujung2 nya ya sami mawon lah...
cek aja DNS nya...masukin ke whois,kan kliatan.
