betul..emang harus membayar Tech Support sebesar brapa dollar gitu,ya emang 
wajar
sih,sebab yg dinilai paling mahal kan "Knowledge" nya.sama kek PC lah,org bisa 
aja
beli semahal apapun,tp lum tentu isa make n trouleshout na...

coba aja cari forum2 yg mbahas khusus tentang itu,honestly pd suatu terms 
tertentu
suatu troubleshout tersebut harus bernilai uang kan? lha wong pengin ngerti aja
mbayar kok,moso ya kasih tau gretong mbegitu aja...

isa ndak mamam balung ntar si Nero ...xixixixixixixix.
