dear PC+ yang semakin plus plusss saya ada sedikit masalah nih, begini ceritanya... sewaktu saya ngprint dari file excel tiba2 muncul pesan eror kira2 begini: EXCEL.EXE-Aplication Error The instruction at "0x77f57986" referenced memory at "0x00000021" The memory could not be "read" click on OK to terminate the program lalu sya klik OK dan mesin printer jalan (Printer saya HP laser jet 1010) kemudian ketika saya ngprint ke-2 muncul pesan error lagi EXCEL.EXE - Aplication Error The Instruction at "0x77f52109" referenced memory at "0x00610077" The memory could not be "written" click on OK to terminate the Program lalu saya OK lagi, dan muncul pesan "Serius Error" dan EXCEL langsung CLose. kemudian saya coba buka lagi Excel untuk mengulang ngprint karena saya belum selesai ngprint muncul pesan error lagi : ciceroUIWindframe: Excel.EXE - Application Error The Instruction at "0x77f57986" referenced memory at "0x00000021" The memory could not be "read" click on OK to terminated the program setelah saya klik OK lagi muncul pesan : serius Error lagi dan MS.Excel Close kejadian ini terus berulang-ulang setiap saya ngprint. pertanyaan saya : - Apa artinya itu semua? - Apa yang harus saya lakukan ? - Apa Ms. Office saya bermasalah ? - Ms. Office yang saya gunakan MS.OFFICE 2003 mohon penjelasannya saya butuh banget terima kasih sebelumnya
