jalankan windows explorer di safe mode. pada folder yang terproteksi, buka
properties, klik sharing/security.
pada tab user, hapus semua account, terutama account user yang bermasalah ->
biasanya namanya agak aneh, termasuk user system dan lain sebagainya.
setelah kosong, add new user. pilih administrator di komputer local atau
user lain dg level admin > pilih full control, klik apply lalu boot komputer
sampeyan. good luck.
