Kenapa ya saya kalo download email selalu dobel melulu, mohon pencerahannya

Saya bukan ahli komputer tapi berbagi pengalaman neh... Saya dulu pernah
mengalami seperti itu/ email dobel karena, ketika download email dari server
belum selesai sambungan telpon putus/ disconect. Biar gak dobel download, email
yang telah masuk aku hapus di servernya dengan log in web mail. Pernah
seting-an OE di Tools..Option... General... Message send an receive at start
up, dicentang juga terima dobel. Gak tahu tuh penyebabnya apa. Tapi setelah
pindah The Bat 3.6 tidak pernah dobel....
