Hello Azis,my answer is

yg ini "autoplay"
========================

This setting controls which drives the AutoPlay feature is enabled on. When
AutoRun is enabled, media is automatically started when it is inserted in the
drive.

Open your registry and find or create the key below.

The "NoDriveAutoRun" value uses a 32-bit word to control which drives the
AutoPlay feature is enabled on. The lower 26 bits of the 32-bit word correspond
to drive letters A through Z. If a bit is set to 0, the autorun feature is
enabled on that drive. If a bit is set to 1, the autorun feature is disabled on
that drive.

If your not happy working in Hex, add these decimal numbers to specify the
drive(s):

A: 1, B: 2, C: 4, D: 8, E: 16, F: 32, G: 64, H: 128, I: 256, J: 512, K: 1024,
L: 2048, M: 4096, N: 8192, O: 16384, P: 32768, Q: 65536, R: 131072, S: 262144,
T: 524288, U: 1048576, V: 2097152, W: 4194304, X: 8388608, Y: 16777216, Z:
33554432, ALL: 67108863

For example to disable AutoRun on drive A and drive D, you would add 1 (A) + 8
(D) which means the value should be set to "9".

To disable all the drives set the value to "67108863".

Settings:
User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer]
System Key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer]
Name: NoDriveAutoRun
Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value: 32-bit bitmask

Autorun (general disk)
------------------------

When using AutoRun Windows can detect and automatically start programs when new
media is inserted into a drive. By default, CD-ROM and hard drives will
automatically launch, but removable and network drives will not.

Open your registry and find or create the key below.

Create or modify a DWORD value for Windows 2000 and XP or binary value for
Windows 95, 98 and Me called "NoDriveTypeAutoRun". This value is an 8-bit
number that specifies which drive types AutoRun is disabled on. Each bit
represents a different drive type.

Bit Drive Types
0 Unknown drives
1 No root directory
2 Removable drives (Floppy, ZIP)
3 Hard disk drives
4 Network drives
5 CD-ROM drives
6 RAM disk drives
7 Reserved

The default value is "149" (decimal) which is equal to "95" (hex) and
"10010101" (binary). In binary this specifies that AutoRun should be disabled
on Unknown (bit 0), Removable (bit 2), Network (bit 4) and Reserved (bit 7)
drive types. (i.e. REG_DWORD: "0x00000095 (149)" or REG_BINARY: "95 00 00 00")

Therefore to disable AutoRun on CD-ROM drives as well you would set enable bit
5 so that the value becomes "10110101" (binary), "181" (decimal) or "B5" (hex).
(i.e. REG_DWORD: "0x000000B5 (181)" or REG_BINARY: "B5 00 00 00")

To disable AutoRun on all drive types you would set this value to "11111111"
(binary), "255" (decimal) or "FF" (hex). (i.e. REG_DWORD: "0x000000FF (255)" or
REG_BINARY: "FF 00 00 00")

To enabled AutoRun on all drive types you would set this value to "10000000"
(binary), "128" (decimal) or "80" (hex). Bit 7 is left enabled because it is
reserved. (i.e. REG_DWORD: "0x00000080 (128)" or REG_BINARY: "80 00 00 00")

Restart Windows for the change to take effect.

Settings:
User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer]
System Key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer]
Name: NoDriveTypeAutoRun
Value: Bit-mask of Drive Types

autorun cd-rom
---------------

Normally when you insert a disc into your CD-ROM drive, the contents are
automatically launched. This tweak allows you to disable this behavior.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Change to value of 'Autorun', or create a new DWORD value if it doesn't already
exist, and set the data to equal '0' for Autorun disabled.

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Settings:
System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CDRom]
Name: Autorun
Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value: (0=disable, 1=enable)
