loh, notepad tidak ada hubungan dengan bahasa pemrograman loh mas...
notepad adalah program editor.
kalo mo belajar web based programming, tentunya beda dengan
desktop/database programming, yg tinggal F5 udah bisa run.
nah kalo web, ntar kait2an nya bisa nyambung ke web database, ajax, web
server, pokok ne banyak... :D
ente semula kan cuman bertanya tentang program editor nya doank kan?
bukan aplikasi webnya kan?
