Kalo aku sih biasanya klik kanan di panel> properties > background >solid color > klik di warna, terus masukin angka hex... heheheheheheh *Serius mode* AFAIK pakai The GIMP bisa, pas milih-milih warna masukin angka terus di-enter. Aku belum pernah tau kalo di Fotosof...
