Waktu mau konek [EMAIL PROTECTED] pake Conexant 11252 56K Fax Modem, muncul pesan error:
"Error 633: The modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly." Trus saya klik more info ada keterangan "If this is a dial-up connection, the COM port that the network connection attempted to use is already in use by another active network connection or another process (for example, a phone line monitoring program, such as fax program). Close the application that is blocking the use of the COM port." Padahal saya gak pake aplikasi kayak gitu. Lalu saya buka device manager trus scan for hardware changes. Ternyata device modem jadi ilang trus muncul hardware update wizard buat PCI Simple Communications Controller. Saya masukin CD driver modemnya, tapi gak bisa, could not find software. Trus saya restart, muncul di device manager nama modem itu dan drivernya jadi bisa diinstal, tapi tiap kali nyoba dial-up pesan error di atas selalu muncul. Modem ini udah sekitar 3 bulan gak dipake soalnya saya pake speedy. Ada yg tau modemku kenapa?? Makasih sebelumnya.. (maaf kalo kepanjangan)
