Repair aja windowsnya..... ato kalo itu ulah virus yah scan aja lewat safe mode ato live cd... jangan lupa rajin bersih2 registry,pake ccleaner yang gratis.... biasanya hal itu muncul kalo registry sudah di penuhi string2 yang gak jelas.. bisa juga karena abis ganti key....
