*Cliff Grossner, *VP Market Research at Open Compute Project Foundation (OCP

At the Open Compute Project Foundation, Dr. Grossner leads its market
intelligence function and is responsible for driving awareness of OCP,
training and certification programs, and guiding inventors presenting their
early-stage company ideas to potential investors. Dr. Grossner has more
than 25 years of telecommunications industry experience encompassing
scientific research, market analysis, corporate and product strategy,
product management and marketing. His current interests includeIT
Ecosystems from cloud to the edge looking at the equipment [servers, IT
networking and storage] and software, and physical infrastructure [power
and cooling] needed for computation, with a focus on edge computing,
silicon components included in IT equipment including coprocessors for AI
and ML. Previously, Dr. Grossner was head of the Cloud and Data Center
Research Practice, which he launched at Infonetics research and followed
through transitions to IHS, IHS Markit and Informa Group. Prior to
Infonetics, he held senior positions, including heading strategic marketing
for Alcatel-Lucent's enterprise network business, tenures at Bell Labs,
several startups and Nortel. He earned his Ph.D. at McGill University, and
his Master of Science in Computer Science at Concordia University, winning
national scholarships to support his graduate work. He holds more than 10
patents in computer networking, networking embedded security and
telecommunications applications.



*Dennis Hahn*, Principal Analyst at Omdia

Dennis Hahn is a Principal Analyst and subject matter expert for data
center storage and data management, working for OMDIA an Informa Tech
company leading data center storage research. Dennis also helped launch the
OCP Software defined storage (SDM) effort and moderated the Future
Technologies Initiative SDM panel at the 2021 Global Summit. He has more
than 35 years of experience in engineering and business leader roles at LSI
and NetApp. Dennis holds engineering, MBA degrees and certifications in AWS
cloud solution architectures and Agile development practices, and is a
contributor to media, and has authored numerous data center storage
insights and research.



*Rekha Pitchumani*, Sr. Research Manager at Memory Solutions Lab at Samsung

Her work at Samsung focuses on the systems design and device architecture
of next-generation memory devices and NAND flash SSDs, such as CXL
memory/storage devices, Key Value SSDs and Computational Storage. Her prior
work was on key-value data management for Shingled Magnetic Recording disks
and she holds a doctoral degree of Computer Science from the University of
California, Santa Cruz.



*Manoj Wadekar*, Hardware Systems Technologist at Meta

Manoj Wadekar is a Hardware Systems Technologist driving storage technology
and roadmaps at Facebook. Manoj has been designing and building servers,
storage, and network solutions for over 30 years. He has worked on a wide
variety of architectures, including scale-up, scale-out, enterprise and
hyper-scale. Manoj has evangelized Storage Disaggregation, NVMe over
Fabric, Lossless Ethernet (DCB/CEE) in the industry conferences (OCP,
Ethernet. Before joining Facebook, he held engineering positions at eBay,
QLogic and Intel.



*Anjaneya Chagam*, Senior Principal Engineer at Intel

Anjaneya “Reddy” Chagam is a Senior Principal Engineer in Intel’s Data
Center Platform Group. Reddy is responsible for driving server platform,
storage and firmware architecture for cloud segment. Reddy has 20+ years of
software development, platform architecture and systems engineering
expertise. He is a board member in Ceph and SODA Linux Foundation projects.
He was instrumental in initiating and gaining consensus among storage
vendors to launch SODA (former name OpenSDS) Linux Foundation project.
Delivered industry first OCP OSF Xeon server firmware solution for Tioga
Pass (Skylake) and Delta Lake (Cooper Lake) OCP Platforms.
