This included completing weekly project plan updates, resource leveling, project status reporting, project health reporting. Monthly reporting includes executive management reporting and presentations at program and project level. PM will monitor status against deliverables/milestones/committed dates, and will escalate to department management to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in spec delivery of product/project. P will conduct/participate department in peer meetings and other business/domain meetings. PM will conduct/facilitate meetings, provide agendas and minutes, and maintain action items, issues and risks logs, program work logs and critical path reporting. PM will understand a multitude of PMLC, SDLC methodologies and Release Management, with experience in enterprise data warehousing, data marts, OLAP reporting technologies and projects. A strong technical background in PM tools is required, and experience with data warehousing tools, ETL tools, decision support tools, executive reporting tools, dashboards/scorecards tools preferred. Required: MS Project and/or Clarity PM Tool Suite, MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Excellent meeting facilitation and administration, oral and written and presentation skills. Resource leveling and critical path planning and reporting. Desired: Visio diagramming tool, Business Objects/Crystal/UNIX Reporting tool.
