* TIBCO Solution Architect* for New Jersey Summary: Seeking a motivated and driven architect who is interested in architecting solutions using the best in class business process automation and service-oriented technologies to address critical business needs. Requirements: - Has strong analytical skills - Has strong knowledge of business process modeling and the BPMN - Has proven track record in developing projects using TIBCO BusinessWorks and associated adapters - Has proven track record in developing procedures in iProcess and integrating with technology plugins - Has architected solutions with BusinessWorks and iProcess, integrating these solutions to deliver an application - Has strong understanding of messaging platforms, queues and topics - Has strong knowledge of XML Schemas and has developed schemas as part of the projects - Define business process architecture, including decisions and supporting detail (process decomposition) for key business capabilities - Lead and facilitate sessions with business subject matter experts to define business capabilities and processes - Provide thought leadership and insights across all business architecture components of a business process or line of business - Identify and document business process decisions and that must be addressed to realize an operating strategy/business capability - Creates and maintains the architecture for the business process domain to ensure alignment with the organization's technology priorities and reference architecture. - Defines the specific components of the business process solution and the resulting relationships with the overall system and identifies the risks and assumptions as they relate to the system domain. - Evaluates the business process solution set to make sure it is flexible enough to support incremental development, reuse, ongoing maintenance and future enhancements to the architecture. - Makes recommendations for program/project schedules and business process functionality to meet technology and business process objectives without compromising the integrity of operations. - Facilitates meetings and workshops to ensure that there are no gaps or inconsistencies in the initial business process solution architectural design and none emerge over time. - Participates in technical reviews and inspections in order to insure that system designs are meeting architectural standards. - Provides and reviews time estimates in regard to proposed system/architectural enhancement projects. - Experience with business activity monitoring and dashboarding - a plus - Experience with J2EE and WebSphere Application Server - a plus - Financial Services Industry (capital markets, brokerage, etc) knowledge - a plus Technical Skills: TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO iProcess (Engine, Decisions, Plugins), TIBCO EMS, BPMN, BPEL, Business process modeling tools, Unified Modeling Language (RAD) J2EE/J2SE a plus Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in developing web services and business process modeling and management Ability to lead developers towards specified architecture implementation -- James Astoline Inc 732-889-1407 E-mail:[EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> www.astoline.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Mainframe-IBM" group.
