Position: Systems Administrator (TFS) Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6-9 months Hourly Rates: Open Start Date: ASAP Interviews: Immediate Job Description/Overview: This person will have the ability to work in a challenging, fast paced, team environment. The ideal candidate will help support a 24/7 (on-call required) production environment and have the abilities and drive to perform the day-to-day management, maintenance, optimization, backup, and ongoing reporting requirements of the TFS systems. Required Skills: . Written and Oral communication skills are mandatory . Participate in the Installation, Configuration, and Deployment of TFS Farms . Upgrading and Patching of TFS and its related systems . Authentication and Security Configuration for TFS using Visual Studio Team System . Configuration, Analysis, and Tuning of both the Data tier and TFS front end and build servers . System Monitoring and Log Analysis . Deploy and configure sites, lists and web parts, Content types, workflows, etc . Ability to create site, list templates, and master templates, Process Templates, etc . Knowledge of Visual Studio Team System 2005/2008 . Agile and CMMI development processes . Analysis services for SQL Server admin Preferred Skills: . Backup Configuration, Implementation, and Monitoring. Using HP Monitoring tools and WSH Scripting, PowerShell, C#, etc . Disaster Recovery and High Availability Planning, Configuration, and Testing . Performance Analysis and Tuning . MOSS and IIS system Administration .
