*DUTIES:*
- *MANAGE APPLICATION SUPPORT TEAM:*
- Local, Remote and Off-shore team members
- Technical work assignments
- Team direction and motivation
- Performance goals and metrics
- Administrative (Perf Appraisal/Hiring/Training/Etc.)
- *CLIENT INTERFACE:*
- Responsible for client satisfaction
- Leverage business opportunities in an IT environment
- Establish priorities
- *MANAGE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT:*
- Responsible for deliverables, costs, schedule, and quality
- Service restoration, escallation, and reporting
- Requirements gathering
- Forecast maintenance projects and new roles/skills required
- Maintain tracking records of incoming tasks, progress, and
completion
*MUST HAVE:*
- *10 years IT *experience
- Experience *managing teams up to 30 people*
- 5 years of experience with *HR and Payroll*
- 5 years of *Application Management*
- Experience *managing remote and off-shore teams* desired
