The consultant will perform highly advanced technical work on zLinux and
Oracle 10g database management environment. The consultants would provide
technical expertise in establishing and maintaining a database architecture
supported by BIS, which includes Oracle 10g on zLinux.
Specific Oracle DBA3 job responsibilities include:
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and upgrades
• Assist in creating logical and physical data models
• Perform SQL and Database tuning
• Problem resolution
• Create Backup and Recovery plans
• Assist in developing an enterprise database management architecture
• Migrate database objects through various environments
