o Hands-on experience with upgrade of HR from SAP 4.6 or 4.7 to ECC 6.0.
o Experienced with Payroll.
o Experienced with Cross-application Time Sheet.
o Experienced with Organization Management.
o Experienced with Personnel Administration.
o Experienced with Personnel Development.
o Experienced with Benefits.
o Experienced with PA/PD integration.
o Experienced with integration/interfaces between HR and other SAP modules
(FI, CO, PM) and other external systems.
o Experienced with Employee Self Service configuration in an ECC 6.0
environment (including Benefits, Timesheet, W-4, Bank details, paystub,
personal information, etc).
