Knowledge of Cisco powered network devices, LAN switching technologies and
internet working. Outstanding customer service skills and communication
Under direct supervision, assists in designing, developing, testing,
debugging and implementing hardware/software systems components, tools, and
utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of systems.
Assists in modifying existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and
configurations, and maintains program libraries and technical documentation.
