Short Description:
**Position is in Cleveland**Technical support and problem resolution for
Data center migration, Skilled at windows admin and cisco commands. Assist
in Migration project as well as some post migration projects and duties.
Complete Description:
**This position is system admin to allow us to continue to have on site
support of the Infrastructure systems in Cleveland during the data center
migration. This role has opened up as our existing Linux RUN engineer has
decided to leave the company to pursue other interests.
We would not likely complete the work in the allotted time today with our
current resources on hand. This position is required until the end of the
year unless the business does not migrate to the north data center in which
this position could be extended into the 2009 season. **
With full competency, designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements
complex hardware/software components, tools, and utilities required for the
operation, maintenance, and control of systems. Coordinates with users to
determine requirements. Reviews systems under development and related
documentation. Makes complex modifications to existing hardware/software to
fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintains program libraries
and technical documentation. May coordinate activities of the project team
and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs.
Behavior Characteristics:
Six years of technical software and hardware analysis, programming and
installation. Project management experience is preferred.
