Handling various day-to-day activities and support with the company Internet, SAP portal intranet, manage and training of CRM (Customer Relations Management) applications* * Candidate will be instructed on how to get started 1. Be able to perform regular updates to the company Intranet (SAP portal) and Internet. 2. Create and distribute event and product eBlasts. 3. Administer CRM and SAP portal users, troubleshoot and provide support for CRM and Portal users. 4. Develop and/or supervise creative design for on-line banners and direct marketing projects. 5. Manage both vendors and projects according to budget and schedules. 6. Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. *Qualifications:* 1. Strong organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management. 2. Must be proficient on PC platforms with hands-on knowledge of software and hardware. 3. Knowledge of principles of web development and online media. 4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with knowledge of the Internet and on-line media 5. Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 6. Preferably with some basic knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, and Acrobat. 7. Must be a self-starter, highly-motivated and take initiative. 8.
