*JOB DESCRIPTION:* Short Description:

*Peoplesoft SME Level 5   12+years*
Lead HRMS / Benefits Peoplesoft Change Management consultant to perform
functional analysis, planning, requirement definition, business process
engineering in the areas of core Human Resources.

*COMPLETE DESCRIPTION:*

The Client has implemented PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 USF HRMS, North American
Payroll, and Benefits! Administration, Time & Labor for all employees except
the DC public School.

The client is now converting all DC Public School to PeopleSoft and requires
for a very strong HRMS /Benefits business analyst that can :

Lead facilitated workshops and conference room pilots with key business
users
Identify and document gaps in business processes.
Identify Business process reengineering opportunities for existing and
future modules and processes.
Develop training plans, schedules and materials (much already exits from DC
Government implementation and must be updated and tailored to the DCPS
implementation)
