*PROJECT MANAGER DELIVERABLE AND TASK LIST:*
*1. Determine requirements. *
I. Review the existing Public Safety services data network
feasibility study.
II Refine feasibility study parameters as needed and document
bandwidth, security, reliability, redundancy, and other operational
requirements for each location.
III. Document network and equipment requirements for each location.
IV. Document physical site requirements
*2. Document network and equipment options & costs. ***
I Review existing contracts to determine equipment and network
options and cost benefits for managed and non-managed services~ **
II. Develop detailed equipment and services lists and pricing.
III. Document any site work to be accomplished.
IV Document initial and ongoing cost of ownership, including
staffing, training, network management and maintenance, and technology
refresh cycles.
*3. Document 6 month implementation plan. *
I. Develop task lists and timelines for implementation by all
parties.
II. Document network survivability and security throughout
implementation.
III Document integration testing and evaluation
