Salesforce knowledge/experience of around 1 year 6. Knowledge of Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Product, Campaign and Case objects. 7. Familiar with Profiles, Role/Territory Hierarchy, Sharing Rules 8. Basic knowledge of Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Email Alerts, Field Updates, Assignment Rules 9. Familiar with Page Layouts, Home Page Components, Custom Links etc. 10. Some basic knowledge of Javascript, Ajax and Unix environment.
