The proposed candidates must be well versed in CICS/COBOL coding practices, DB2, SQL and stored procedures, IDMS/ADS programming. The consultants will be required to meet with users, develop requirements, and write programming specifications and code and unit test programs. The System has an extensive batch component as well as the online component.
