Oracle Federal Financials Accounts Payable Functional Analyst will
independently analyze the requirements for Account Payables functions. This
resource must be having federal experience, especially with the AP Module.
The analyst would be required to conduct and facilitate meetings with the
customer and manage the requirements analysis through the design phase. The
individual must have a good in depth knowledge of the federal procure to pay
process in order to understand how transactions are processed in the sub
ledgers and flow to the General Ledger
This resource would also be required to work closely with the development
team and the users to develop and test solution for AP functions.
This work effort also includes the following tasks
Gathering Requirements, Creating Design Specification Document
Working with technical counterpart to manage development of
extensions and interfaces and processes
Provide Management Reporting for progress and status for all
Business related Work Products / Deliverables
Work on any future identified AP/PO tasks/gaps
Communicating with end users and PMO

2- *Oracle Functional Analyst*
Responsibilities (refer to Statement of Work) in order of importance:
Work on financial management and accounting issues reported by HIGLAS
stakeholders
Support daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close
schedules.
Research and resolve reconciling differences uncovered through financial
reconciliation process
Develop, document, and distribute correcting entries for reconciliation
differences
Conduct financial reconciliation calls with Medicare contractors to review
reconciliation and correcting entries
Oversee HIGLAS corrective action processes
Basic Skill 1 & Yrs Exp: Advanced Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR) experience
(8 years or more)
Basic Skill 2 & Yrs Exp: Basic understanding of Medicare or healthcare
industry (2 years or more)
Basic Skill 3 & Yrs Exp: Advanced understanding of Oracle General Ledger (8
years or more)
Basic Skill 4 & Yrs Exp: Strong customer support skills including writing
and communication (5 years or more)
Basic Skill 5 & Yrs Exp: Advanced skills in support Oracle applications in

3- *Break-Fix Tester*
Responsibilities (refer to Statement of Work) in order of importance:
Work with the development team to understand the Quarters HCRs to be tested
and define appropriate testing, and document into test scripts.
Prepare test plans
Develop the Beta test scripts
Define required test data
Coordinate with STC to request the data for Beta testing
Execute of Beta test scripts
Review Beta Test script results and Defect status with stakeholders
Track and resolve defects identified during the test
Perform regression testing as part of Beta and if required just before
promotion to production to confirm that the overall functionality of claims
processing/payments is not impacted by the release
Validate changes/break-fixes in BET1 and assist in completing the Quarterly
Release User testing successfully
Capture the IBM Beta test results and attach to the HCR in Rational
ClearQuest
*Basic Skill 1 & Yrs Exp:*
Experience in Oracle Financials AR, AP, PO, GL, CM modules of at least 3
years. Sound functional knowledge of the above modules and technical
knowledge of the back-end tables so as to independently create test scripts
and validate the results for pass/failure
Basic Skill 2 & Yrs Exp: Sound knowledge of SQL to query using TOAD, Basic
Unix Commands, Testing procedures, and 3 years of experience in developing
test scripts, validating test results in an Oracle Financials environment
(AR, AP, PO, GL, CM modules)
Basic Skill 3 & Yrs Exp: Experience in execution of the automated scripts
created with WinRunner/QTP9.2
Others:

Must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends. With 24 *7
support if needed
Preferred Skill 1 & Yrs Exp:
Experience with automated testing tools such as WinRunner/QTP9.2 in creating
the test scripts using JAVA, or Visual Basic or any other scripting language
Candidates must have lived in the U.S. for 3 consecutive years and have a
personal laptop that can be used for work.

4- *AP/FV GL Functional Analyst*
Oracle Financial Functional Analyst will independently analyze the
requirements and lead for Account Payables functions, Oracle Fed Admin and
General Ledger module. Analyze requirements with Centre for Medicaid and
Medicare Services, configure Oracle AP, Fed Admin and GL modules, and design
Oracle HIGLAS extensions and reports. Independently conduct Conference Room
Pilot and be responsible for FIT gap analysis. Prepare design alternatives
and design specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and
manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle Sub-ledgers. The
analyst will manage several Functional resources under their module. Track
and report activities/status in Project Plan using Microsoft Projects.
