These resources should be mid-high level and must have perfect communication skills. All candidates must have production support experience in a J2EE environment.** Tech them out of Java/J2EE and Oracle. They will go through a more extensive background check for their Treasury folder clearance and they must be a US citizen or green card holder. Need resources who can block and tackle and think on their feet. This is a long term engagement and attrition will kill its success so long commutes won't work.** **Local candidates are a strongly preferred.*** General Experience: Must have 6 years of computer experience in at least two of the following disciplines: systems analysis, systems programming, application programming, and equipment analysis, experience providing production support for a 24x7 application. Specialized Experience: At least 3 year of experience developing applications using advanced technologies, such as Internet protocols or web-based technology. Technologies include: Java/J2EE, Weblogic/WebSphere, Oracle, PL/SQL SQL, Actuate BI/Reporting, VB, SQL Server. POS (point-of-sale) scanning/imaging. Duties: Must provide production support for a 24x7 application, manage issues, provide level-3 support, and perform break-fixes.
