- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus 2 - 4 years project management experience including small to medium scale projects. - Six Sixma or PMBOK experience. - Motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills. *PM II - Skills/Experience:* - Experience working in environments with strong Project Methodology processes. Candidates with PMI, PMP, or Six Six Sigma certifications will be favored. Waterfall or Agile Methodology is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, MS Project and/or MS Project Server. PMBOK. - Ability to manage multiple simultaneous application development projects. - Ability to quickly take responsibility for projects, work independently, yet understand when/how/to whom to escalate issues. - Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Motivated, self-starter who can hit the ground running.
