Experience in assessing and solving complex issues. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and pressures. Good relationship management, issue management, facilitation, and negotiation skills. *Good knowledge of SAP R/3 functionality regarding integration between SD / PM and FI/CO.* *Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of *GSK*/Pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing, with the required processes of working in a validated environment. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and practices. Understanding of the business issues and pressures in pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial and International markets.
