6 months A minimum of 3 years experience is preferred. NetCool administrative contractor to provide NetCool production support and implementation to the Netcool Administration Team. Work distribution will consist primarily of NetCool-related activities consisting of 60% Omnibus, 30% Impact, and 10% Precision. They will work under the direction of the Fault Application Manager with a team of peers in a 7X24 operational environment. The customer base is comprised primarily of the Network Control Centers (12).
