Expert level of understanding and experience with XML, XSLT and CSS. 2. Working knowledge of OO. 3. Java and/or .NET background is preferred. 1. Very small chance they may be asked to do Java/.NET development. 4. Working knowledge of XMLSpy and TFS (Team Foundation Server) is preferred. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 6.
