Position Description SAP Benefits Consultant/Analyst for Public Sector Responsibilities * Ensure each functional area's incorporated in the best practice design * Work with HR Leadership to obtain sign-off for HR process design and policies and procedures by stakeholders from all business segments * Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures. Build solutions in HR according to M-DCPS business requirements * Works with the technical team to translate business requirements for indirect procurement. Adheres to project standards * Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and process for M-DCPS * Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP * Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible * Configure SAP system settings according to M-DCPS business requirements and document all configuration * Execute and document Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing * Define User Authorization profiles and security roles * Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team * Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications * Develop work procedures for user related to SAP system * Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation * Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered * Report delays and risks to team leads * Assist in identifying data to be cleansed * Assist in developing and updating detailed team project plan * Adhere to ERP PMO project standards Qualifications * SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience * Strong experience in K-12 and Concurrent Employment * Multiple implementations of SAP HR in Public Sector * Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus * Public sector retirement plan experience * Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively * Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively * Experience in conversion and production support * Ability to configure Benefits tables for Administration, Benefits-Payroll integration, ESS Enrollment * Ability to setup SAP Benefits Enrollment Workbench for Concurrent Employment * Ability to write, design and test complex functional and technical specifications * Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners * SAP benefits consultant for Public Sector -- Thanks & Regards James Astoline Inc Phone : 732-658-9252 E-mail : [email protected] www.astoline.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Mainframe1952" group.
