Seeking Position: Senior Business Analyst
Timeframe: 6 Months
Senior Business Analyst to assist in understanding, gathering, researching
and documenting stakeholder needs. This will occur by leading and
coordinating the collection and verification of customer and business needs,
documenting and organizing the requirements for project team, and
communicating requirements in standardized formats. Evaluation of business
direction, high-level scope and dependencies will need to be identified and
documented. This position will be critical to the project team and working
with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Documentation management is an essential part of this position for
successful projects in the future.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of detailed business requirements and functional requirements.
The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for the translation of the
Business Requirements into succinct clear Systems Requirements with defined
ranges to be used by Development.
In depth experience in systems integration project lifecycle.
Evaluating and defining efficient business processes development and
improvement. Ability to isolate and understand quickly business challenges
and deliver recommendations.
Knowledgeable in setting structure and standardization of Use Cases,
Alternate Flows, Requirements documentation for business and systems and
documentation management.
Develop innovated solutions for complex business problems. An understanding
of multiple functional areas related to complex projects and systems.
Work with clients and cross functional teams on critical initiatives
impacting projects and ability to deliver. Provide overall project
management skills for responsibilities.
Partner with Usability team to develop detailed user experience
requirements
Provide expert guidance and direction to business partners, testing and
systems team members.
QUANTITATIVE DIMENSIONS:

generation projects.

Projects will have direct§ impact on internal clients and end
consumers.

3-6 years of business§ analysis and web software development
experience required (combined).

to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and
statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and
trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages,
ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide
range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal
symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in

concrete variables.
