Some additional information on the Rational Tools person we need: We have made a commitment in terms of Plan to complete the Rational roll-out. Interested in candidates who possess strong experience in Rational, and who also have some team leader experience/capability. Must have ReqPro and Rational Rose and knowledge of their features and how to navigate through the tools. Must also be able to provide support or training for other users or to work with software support people to implement, customize, and enhance the tools. Must be able to interact with the Rational technical support group and IBM. Must have experience with ClearQuest and ClearCase, as well as the Rational test tools. * * *I have a requirement for a Rational tools 'usability expert' The person will train the users on how to use the product and help strategize on what to implement. This is not a technical position, but rather a sort of heavyweight BA slot.
