*PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst III*

The purpose of this position is to provide PeopleSoft HCM functional
business analyst support. Key responsibilities include providing analysis
and support of technology and process changes in the areas of Payroll and
Time & Labor.

*Requirements:*

Bachelors Degree in business related field or information technology.

Minimum 5 years experience in a functional role supporting Payroll and Human
Resources with in depth knowledge of end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll and Time
& Labor modules.

Ability to work independently and take leadership role in working with
various stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into
functional specifications through hands-on analysis.

Advanced PeopleSoft query writing skills.

*Responsibilities include:*

Act as a liaison between the Payroll & IT teams; interact with
non-technical, functional users to develop business requirements for system
enhancements, create and execute test plans, and manage user-acceptance
testing.

Lead functional implementation of Tax Updates.

Set up and configuration of Payroll and Time & Labor modules.

Develop queries for end users.
