Rate is $45/hr. I need a senior level tech support. Countrywide transition project, Technical Support, IBM iSeries Platform. 6 months, starting Feb 5th. Provide technical support for IBM iSeries systems. The environment spans various lines of business that are used for production, contingency, and development. Participate in design, development and implementation of systems engineering activities, such as designing hardware configurations, maintaining operating system components, configuring and administering system parameters, providing technical support, supporting disaster recovery operations, and programming system controls. In addition, will be expected to analyze performance data and make tuning recommendations, implement those changes, communicate effectively with business partners and other associates at all levels and lead project teams, a develop and maintain documentation of team procedures, processes, and policies.
