Rate is (depending on experience), expected duration of 6 months. *Essential Job functions: * *Specific tasks will include: * •Serve as an application developer to new CLIENT call center clients and assist with *design and implement of new technology* •*Serve as a single point of contact for all telecom applications related issues for assigned divisions* •*Maintain CTI based call flows, speech recognition IVR applications, screen pop applets, real-time web services and reporting dashboards* •Serve as a primary interface to vendors for issues *with telecom applications and interfaces * •*Maintain enterprise applications leverage database schemes to create flexible* architecture •Coordinate activities and accompany vendors while onsite Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 years hands on experience developing enterprise applications with a *Java, C#.net, Web services, XML*, and sockets to create an flexible development environment. Leverage the environment to create VXML speech IVR applications to interact and enhance customer experience. Develop enhanced CTI based routing and screen pop technology to streamline customer service productivity and accuracy.
