Architect should be a take charge type of person to do the things below. Must understand the functional level well, and have good understanding in Java. Someone who can lead the ,NET side and help upper level Management understand the application well. Must be ready to jump in a work from Day 1, there is no ramp up time here. *Responsibilities: * • Create a thorough understanding and provide overall solution architecture and design in conjunction with other leads and system integrators. • Make clear understanding and create high confidence to management about the overall involved application in technical and functional. Should have a view of product development. • Coordinate technical tasks with internal development teams to develop an effective solution for the end customer. Provide alternative acceptable better solution to the client. • Should be technical enough to provide best practice approach to client. • Ensure that end to end functionality of the developed software delivers to the scope and quality of the business need. • Coach and mentor developers and testers. • Identify pro-actively and assess problems and develop workable solutions. • Act as a technical liaison between development team and management team for multiple development enhancements. • Work with large environments with complex interactions. *Skills: * • Applied knowledge of the telecommunications industry. • Applied knowledge of telecommunications OSS/BSS concepts and components and the ability to relate customer requirements to the OSS/BSS solution. • Specialized knowledge in the areas of billing, customer relationship management, application integration and billing product design. • Advanced understanding of multi-tiered, relational database oriented application architectures, including robustness and performance considerations. • Very good experience with .NET and J2EE environment. • Experience in understanding the CM tools, and any RDBMS experience is needed. • Highly developed problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose and resolve complex problems. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize important tasks in consultation with management. • Advanced communication skills to lead discussions and influence decisions with senior management, partners and customers. • Coaching and mentoring skills to develop skills and confidence in all team members. • Ability to work within a dynamic environment highly dependent on operational efficiencies within the telecom solution. • Strong interpersonal skills in terms of both oral and written communication. • Able to work with remote teams. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks & Regards… Mahesh Atreyapurapu.
